Cowboy Cookies

This was my very FIRST try at making custom cookies.  I didn't have a horse or boot cookie cutter, so I hand cut those shapes with a paring knife.  I also didn't have the right food colorings, so I just used what I had in the cabinet...yeah, the horses looked a little "pinkish", but I thought they were a good contrast.  (at least that's what I kept telling everyone!).  I have since acquired a FEW more cookie cutters (including horse and boot!), plus lots of new food coloring!  :-)
